Soldered Electronics is looking for a Head of Supply Chain to take end-to-end ownership of our procurement, logistics, and warehouse function (when we say Supply Chain, we mean all three). This covers everything from sourcing electronic components to getting products delivered on time to customers and distributors across 85+ countries, including managing our overseas third-party warehouses.
This role is complete ownership of the supply chain operation, with direct impact on cash flow, product availability, and cost structure. You report to the COO, lead your own team, and make decisions that affect every department in the company. Engineering, production, and sales all depend on you getting it right. At a hardware company, nothing moves without a functioning supply chain. At the same time, this is not a strategy-only position. The company is still lean enough that you will have plenty of day-to-day operational work alongside the strategic decisions. The rest of the leadership team covers product development, manufacturing, and commercial growth; your territory is procurement, logistics, and warehouse.
